These terms

Khalij Bullion is a trading name of Khalij Gold and Diamonds. These terms apply to purchases from us, items you sell to us, and your use of this website. By transacting with us you accept them.

Pricing

Prices displayed on this website are indicative only. They are calculated from live market rates and refresh continuously through the trading day. No displayed price is an offer to sell at that price.

A binding rate exists only when agreed directly between you and us — by telephone or in person — and applies to the specific items and quantities agreed at that time.

Orders and payment

Your order is confirmed when a rate has been agreed and payment has been made in the manner and time we set out during that conversation. If payment is not received as agreed, the order lapses and the agreed rate no longer applies.

Supply and collection

Some items are supplied straight away; others are arranged through our suppliers after payment. We confirm what applies, and the expected timing, when we speak.

Items are collected in person at our counter unless we agree otherwise. Photo identification is required at collection.

If we cannot supply

If, for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply an item within 30 days of your payment, we will contact you promptly and refund the full amount paid for that item. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Because your rate is locked against a moving market, an order cannot be cancelled for change of mind once the rate is agreed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Selling to us

We buy precious metals at the counter. Items are weighed and tested in front of you, and rates for purchases from customers are quoted directly and are not published.

Identity and AML/CTF

We are an AUSTRAC reporting entity. Identity is verified before transacting, and we keep records and submit reports as the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act requires.
