Khalij Bullion is a trading name of Khalij Gold and Diamonds, Melbourne. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.

When a transaction proceeds we collect your name and contact details, and the identification details Australian AML/CTF law requires — verified in person at the counter, never through this website.

This website has no customer accounts, stores no payment details, and collects no identification documents.

How we use it

We use personal information to complete transactions, issue receipts, meet our record-keeping and reporting obligations under the AML/CTF Act, and respond to your enquiries. We do not use it for third-party marketing, and we never sell it.

Storage and retention

Records are held securely in Australia and retained for as long as the law requires — typically seven years for transaction records — then destroyed.

Disclosure

We disclose personal information only where the law requires it — including to AUSTRAC — and to the providers who host our systems, who may not use it for any other purpose.
