Paying for your order
How to Pay.
Once we agree your price on the phone, this is everything you need to complete your order.
Before you call
- Add our account below as a payee in your banking app.
- Check that your daily transfer limit covers your order. Some banks hold the first payment to a new account, so set this up a day ahead for larger orders.
- Have your photo ID ready. Your payment must come from an account in the same name.

Write Bullion Purchase as the transfer description.
We will never send you different bank details by email, text or WhatsApp. If anyone does, do not pay, and call us on the number on this website.
After we agree your price

Transfer within 5 minutes
Please transfer the full amount within 5 minutes of agreeing your price, with Bullion Purchase as the transfer description. Prices move quickly, and this is how we honour the price we agreed.

Send your receipt
Send the transfer receipt by WhatsApp or email, with your full name as it appears on your licence and your phone number.

Collect with your ID
Bring the same photo ID when you collect. We check that it matches the name on the payment before handing over your bullion.

Good to know
- The price agreed on the call is final. Prices follow the market and are the same for everyone.
- Payments must come from a bank account in your own name. We can't accept payments from anyone else.
- If your payment arrives after 5 minutes, we'll offer you the current price or refund you in full.
- Please collect as soon as you can. We hold paid orders for 10 business days. After that, we refund the amount paid, less any fall in the market price since your price was agreed.
