How It Works.

Australian law requires us to verify your identity before any transaction. Bring current photo identification — a driver licence or passport. Identification is checked in person and is never entered into this website.

The price shown is the full price per item. Nothing is added at the counter and there is no card surcharge. It moves with the market until we agree your rate.

Once we agree your price on the phone, please transfer the full amount within 5 minutes, with Bullion Purchase as the transfer description. Prices move quickly, and this lets us honour the price we agreed. If your payment arrives later, we'll offer you the current price or refund you in full. Our bank details are on the How to pay page.

The transfer must come from a bank account in your own name, matching your photo ID. We can't accept payments from anyone else.

Send your transfer receipt by WhatsApp or email, with your full name as it appears on your licence and your phone number. When you collect, bring the same photo ID. We check it against the name on the payment before handing over your bullion.

Please collect as soon as you can. We hold paid orders for 10 business days. After that, we refund the amount paid, less any fall in the market price since your price was agreed.

No. Prices follow the market and are the same for everyone. The price agreed on the call is final.

We collect only what a transaction and the law require. Records are kept in Australia for as long as the law requires, and are never sold or shared for marketing. See our privacy statement below.

Yes. We operate a secured counter with controlled entry. For larger transactions, call ahead so we can prepare.

We are an AUSTRAC reporting entity. We verify identity before transacting and submit reports where the law requires.
