Dhanteras Premium-Free Gold Bar Offer: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

Khalij Gold and Diamonds Pty Ltd (ABN 70 684 094 960), trading as Khalij Gold & Diamonds (khalijgoldanddiamonds.com.au) and Khalij Bullion (khalijbullion.com.au), 381 Sydney Road, Coburg VIC 3058 (“we”, “us”). Khalij Gold & Diamonds and Khalij Bullion are two brands of the same company.

2. Offer period

Friday 6 November 2026 and Saturday 7 November 2026, 10:00am to 4:30pm, in store at 381 Sydney Road, Coburg only. The offer is not available online, by phone or through any other store.

3. The offer

If you buy eligible jewellery during the offer period and meet these terms, you may buy one eligible gold bar at the gold price, with no premium.

4. Share condition

To be eligible, you must send the Khalij Dhanteras promotional video to at least 5 different people by WhatsApp, Instagram or SMS by 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 5 November 2026, and show us the sent messages on your own device at the counter. Our staff will look at what you show them but will not handle your device or look through your messages. Messages sent to our own accounts, or sent after the deadline, do not count.

5. Eligible jewellery

Any 18k, 21k or 22k gold jewellery from Khalij Gold & Diamonds, with no minimum spend. Custom orders are eligible if the design is finalised and the order is paid in full during the offer period. Layby, repairs, gift vouchers and any other services are not eligible.

6. Same transaction

The eligible jewellery and the gold bar must be bought and paid for together, in the same visit, during the offer period.

7. Eligible bars

Any one gold bar weighing up to and including 1 oz (31.1 g), listed on khalijbullion.com.au and in stock in store at the time of purchase. Silver bullion, collectibles, limited-edition products and the PAMP Multigram+25 are excluded. Bars that are not in stock, bullion orders, reservations and holds are excluded. The offer is available while stocks last, and no rainchecks will be given.

8. Price of the bar

The bar is sold at the Khalij Bullion live gold rate for its weight, agreed and locked at the counter at the time of purchase, with no premium added. The prices shown on khalijbullion.com.au are indicative only. The bar’s standard price and the premium waived will both be shown on your invoice.

9. Limit

One bar per customer across the whole offer period.

10. Payment and collection

The bar must be paid for in full at the time of purchase using our accepted bullion payment methods, as listed on khalijbullion.com.au/pay. The bar is handed over in store on the day of purchase, including where the jewellery is a custom order to be made later.

11. Identification

Standard bullion identification and record-keeping requirements apply. Khalij Gold and Diamonds Pty Ltd is an AUSTRAC reporting entity, and we may need to verify your identity before completing the sale.

12. Change-of-mind returns

If you return the eligible jewellery for a change-of-mind refund, the premium waived on the bar, as shown on your invoice, will be charged or deducted from your refund. This also applies if a custom order is cancelled by you.

13. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Clause 12 does not apply to jewellery returned because of a fault or other failure of a consumer guarantee.

14. Other offers

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.

15. Who can take part

Customers aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

16. Misuse

We may refuse the offer if we reasonably believe these terms have not been met, or the offer is being misused.

17. Instagram

This offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

18. Privacy

We do not collect any personal information for this offer beyond what we normally collect for a jewellery or bullion sale, and we handle it under our privacy policy at khalijbullion.com.au/privacy.
