In 1979, PAMP became the first precious metals refiner to decorate the reverse of its minted bars. The Lady Fortuna™ was the first of those designs and remains the most recognisable in the industry — a trusted mark of PAMP quality and authenticity. Struck with a proof-like finish, the design portrays the Roman goddess of prosperity with her traditional attributes: sheaves of wheat, poppies, a horn of plenty, precious coins and the wheel of fortune. Each bar is produced by a Swiss Federal Bureau–accredited refiner, individually registered, and sealed in CertiPAMP™ packaging with an integrated official assay certificate guaranteeing fine metal content and weight. A removable protective film keeps the bar and certificate pristine.
